Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Messaged about the bike and he instantly send me a full personalised video explaining everything about the bike. The bike came spotless, absolutely flawless. Bike got delivered to me the next day in the morning as requested, 10/10 attention for detail

Seamless Transaction

Craig from Granite Moto was absolutely brilliant. The friendliness, attention to detail, knowledge and passion he has for motorbikes is fantastic. I bought a Triumph Street Triple and the whole experience was faultless. The bike was delivered with: •a full year’s MOT •a full service •a trickle charger •and even polish to use after cleaning it! It’s very rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the bikes they sell and about their customers. Craig went above and beyond from start to finish.

Granite Moto is an exceptional company to deal with.

Craig at Granite Moto was an absolute pleasure to deal with. This was my first experience buying a bike i hadn't seen in person. He sent me a personal walk around video and noted things that needed tidying up and/or needed replacing. He was true to his word and did those things, plus serviced and MOT'd the bike before having it picked up to be delivered to me all the way down in Yorkshire. Craig kept me upto date with everything that was happening, which was very reassuring. The bike was delivered and also came with some complementary extras like a battery charger/maintainer, finishing spray to keep it looking gleaming after a wash and an added bonus of a Scottish hamper (as it's Christmas) which was unexpected but a really nice touch. Thank you Craig #Granite Moto I hope to deal with you again.
