The 2003 Aprilia RSV1000R Colin Edwards Edition was a limited-run race replica featuring upgraded Ohlins suspension, Brembo radial brakes, OZ forged wheels, and carbon fiber bodywork, plus a track kit with an Akrapovic exhaust and larger throttle bodies for more power (around 138-139 bhp) than the standard model, celebrating Edwards' MotoGP efforts with unique livery. It retained the 998cc Rotax V-twin engine but received performance enhancements, making it a highly sought-after collectible.
